The first paper was on the Media and how it affects our everyday life. I
addressed how advertising shapes our everyday lives. I addressed
important signs of advertising like drunk driving ads and ads about the
legal limit for blood alcohol. I then linked it to my personal
experience with the loss of my best friend to a drunk driver.

The second paper I chose to write about past slavery in the works of
Jean Toomer. The story was called, "Blood Burning Moon." This story
directly relates to what was going on during the time of publication.
There are many things that affects a writers thoughts. One that sticks
out the most is their family life and their experiences. |
